Terms and Conditions


A non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.


If you have booked on a workshop and then wish to transfer to an alternative tour an administration fee of £20 will be charged.

Balance Payments

The final balance payment for a tour is due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the tour. If this payment is not received we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

If a booking is made less than 8 weeks from the start of a tour full payment should be made at the time of booking.


Please inform us as soon as possible in writing if you are unable to attend a tour (emails are sometimes unreliable and will not be accepted). Cancellation will be effective on the date the letter is received and will therefore determine the charges to be made as follows:

30-60 Days  50% of the tour cost

60-90 Days  25% of the tour cost.

It will not be possible to refund cancellations made less than 30 days prior to a tour unless we are able to find a late replacement to fill your place. We would then be able to offer a transfer to an alternative course for which a £20 fee will be charged.

One to One tuition should be paid for in full at time of booking. Where a fixed date/dates have been agreed the same cancellation fees apply as outlined above. If you have received tuition as a gift ( voucher) you must book your date within three months of receiving your voucher and this can be  taken at any point over the following year. Should a mutually convenient date be unavailable during that year a full refund will be given providing the voucher was taken up within the initial three month booking period.


By signing our booking form you will also agree to take responsibility for your own travel insurance. We recommend that this covers you for any loss and expense arising from cancellation of the tour (whether part or whole). Personal accident and injury including any medical costs and any loss or damage to your personal belongings whilst on the tour.


We reserve the right to cancel or amend any tour we advertise. This would only be done if the circumstances were extreme and beyond our control. Should this be the case and you were unable to attend the alternative arrangements we offered a full refund would be due to you.

Our tours require flexibility and clients must allow for alterations due to weather etc. Any itinerary of locations presented is a guide and should not be taken literally.
